Today’s environment requires leaders and managers to engage in several types of leadership roles to accomplish the mission of the organization. A leader’s task is to influence others and to align the employees with the vision, mission, and values of the organization.

Our leadership seminar provides powerful tools and practical knowledge that can be applied effectively to today’s complex and rapidly changing work environment.

In this seminar leaders (active or aspiring) will:

  • Develop an ability to recognize change and make accommodations for adjustment
  • Learn to assess problems systematically, plan for success, provide purpose and direction, and clarify expectations
  • Learn the importance of framing goals to ensure they are in alignment with the vision, mission and values of the organization.
  • Learn the various roles of coach and mentor in the work place.
  • Learn to empower, instill accountability, nurture commitment, and provide support to the growth and development of their people.
